"Where horses from the past, create horses with a future"

My personal thanks to :

I want to personally thank the following people that are in my life.

My husband Dennis, because without him none of this would be possible.  He has worked so hard to make our dreams come true and stood toe to toe with me ( I would say eye to eye but he's 6'2 and I am 5'3 so unless I stand on something) to make me stand up and work even harder for what I wanted.  For his belief in me, and his love.  I could never do this without him, and would never want to.  For the simple fact of his falling in love with the horses as much as me, and the work he puts in to learn and be at his best to make sure they are taken care of.  You are simply amazing and I thank God every day that I found you.

My parents, well what can I say?  I was a pain in your butts, and prolly still am, God knows I love you both and without you guys starting me on this long trek I would never probably have made it.  I only hope that in the next year or two we make you proud!

My daughter Ke'ala.  For helping me and showing me that I still have so much more to do and that your sister and your father are the most important things in the world.  For letting me know that it is ok and that you are still here to support me.  I hope when you look down on us, this is as much for you as it is for them and me.  I love you.

My daughter Devan.  Well you certainly read enough horsey books while in utero.  LOL.  God knows you came out wanting to meet the horses right away and now its already getting hard to keep you inside and away from them.  You are a joy in my life and I hope I am building something that you will enjoy and be able to build and add on your own self to later.  We both want you to have the best.  I love you.  MOM & DAD.

To Harry K.  For reminding me that sometimes you gotta take stock, and give others a chance and still believe in the overall picture.  That your heart while it can be guarded should remain open enough to let real love and friendship and trust in.  Most especially for showing me, that everyone deserves a chance and a good place to live and lots of love and good eats.  That the oldies are truly the goodies! I miss you big guy, every day.

Our thanks to the following:

There are so many of you out there, and we don't want to forget anyone's names so we will generalize this from here on out.  Please don't feel you are being lumped up or unappreciated but we owe what we have to so many.  Most of you are listed on the pages of the horses we purchased from you as well.

First I'd like to thank the people who stood behind us, believed in us and took their time to give us their advice (whether we took it or not).  To thank them for saying there is a place in the horse world for us, especially when we didn't believe it.  To encourage and help whenever they could and to know when it was best to not.  We only hope that we make you proud and will continue on the road we are now on. And continue to learn, to meet and make new contacts and most of all to enjoy the friendships and people we have already met along the way! Thank you so much!!

Secondly as strange as this may seem, I'd like to thank the people who didn't believe in us.  Who did everything in their power to put us down and make us want to never own or show another horse again.  For those of you who said we didn't deserve what we have now fought so hard to accomplish.  Truly I feel in my heart that you made us better and made us work harder and become closer with one another.  That you also made us realize that what others said were true, there is a place for everyone in this business, whether they show, ride, breed or what.  That we never want to treat people the way you have treated us.  We learned a valuable lesson from you all.
